What began with hard work, long days, and a commitment to doing right by every family he met grew into a respected agency focused on serving the senior market and supporting agents across the Midwest.

As the business expanded, Doug founded Axford Agency and became a leader in long‑term care solutions. In 2000, Doug’s son Clint joined the company, helping broaden its offerings to include health, life, and annuities. Together, they transformed the agency into what is now Axford Senior Marketing—an independent, family‑owned national marketing organization.

Today, Axford Senior Marketing supports thousands of agents and agencies nationwide, providing the tools, carrier partnerships, and personal guidance they need to serve their clients with confidence. While our reach is national, our roots remain firmly in Nebraska, where we continue to serve the insurance needs of families in our local community.
